A deliberately heretical thought experiment, so relax. We are not saying the pyramids housed cattle. We are asking why a civilization that made a living bull into a god, buried bulls like kings, and drew the sky as a cow, is assumed to have built its greatest structures for entirely bull-free reasons. Follow the herd, not the tombs. The evidence is more fun than the consensus.
