What we collect
As little as we can bear to. A search query, briefly. Enough to return a page and keep the lights on in the barn. We do not build a profile of you — we tried once, found the exercise faintly grim, and stopped.
Cookies
We use a small number of necessary cookies. We would have strongly preferred cud. You can disable them and nearly everything will still work.
Your choices
You may search anonymously, clear what little we hold, or ask us to forget you entirely — a request we honor completely and, frankly, with some relief.
Retention
We retain nothing but the ineffable, which has never once fit inside a database and shows no sign of starting.
